And so another year ends.
Didn't really want the year to end though.
Everything seemed so paradise-like.
Like how kaya and toast, so perfect-ish.
Inevitable though, that we have to split.
Nevermind, we'll get used to it.
Everyone won't forget the times they've had together though.

Anyways, like any first day, everything seemed awkward.
No one made much noise.
No one communicated.
And the class just stayed silent for a while.

Come the second and third days, people started taking initiative.
Everyone introduced themselves and stuff.
Laughter filled the classroom, annoying the teachers occasionally. XD
Events like birthday celebrations were held.
Some of us took the initative to start up a class blog.
The class tee was decided, in just two short weeks.
Everything was planned out and done within the first month.

January soon passed, and February came.
Our class talked more now.
Even though now the teachers feel annoyed at us being too loud.
Yet, we think they enjoy the atmosphere as well :D.

Lamers like Yu Xuan and Jeremy had the cold jokes.
Artists sat at the corner drawing and shading XD.
Incredibly hardworking students were ALREADY buried in books.
Mid-Years are so far away and yet they're already studying like crazy ._..
Anyway, cliques soon materialised.
Yet we're still bonding as one :D.

Kaypoh people spread around gossips.
Each and everyone one of us had something special to contribute to 2D
Lessons were never boring because of that.
Likewise, school events were exciting because of that as well.
Yelling, screaming, suaning, crapping everywhere.

Do we have our bad times?
All classes have their ups and downs.
No one class forever stays happy.
Including us.
Everyone was hyped up for the China trip.
Little stayed back in Singapore, though some had to go to Taiwan.
Let's just say the entire trip was cool.
Even though epidemics hit and there wasn't really much we could do.

Gone was March, and soon April came.
In the middle of the semester already.
Lesser chaos now, since Mid-years are approaching.
Died, all those blogs, because studying was more important.
And everyone was like, "Revision, revision, revision!"

And all the revising paid off, kinda!
Mid-Years soon passed by like a breeze.
Even though not everyone was pleased with how they did.
Lower expectations might help XD.
In the midst of all the break downs, the soft side of the human spirit is shown.
All tears dried, we move on.

Holiday plans start popping up as May arrived.
Incredibly crazy plans like going overseas and stuff.
Light-hearted and relaxed, the cohort became.
And we planned for our first class BBQ!
Really great, thought we lost a very expensive soccer ball.
Yes, a soccer ball at the beach XD.

Choy Jun Kang Bennett kept on panicking.
Lent a hand to try and get a replacement seeing how we couldn't get the original back.
As it has floated quite far away from us.
Under the dark starless sky, we finally decided who would be getting the replacement.
Dug into our longan dessert after that.
It was DELICIOUS XD.
And chaotic too, with all the spoons attacking one container XD.

And the holidays passed by really quickly.
Usually we start the second semester in the last week of June.
Dumb school management shifted it one week forward.
Result - One less week of holiday D:
Expected whinings and complaints came.
Yet we went back to school anyway (Couldn't do anything XD).

Soon we arrived in July.
Health-checks and NAPFA test.
Every part of you is tested out XD.
Excruciating long runs to prepare ourselves for the 2.4km run.
Never wondered what it'd do for us though :P.
In the end, nobody died XD.
Not everything turned out okay however.

Just before July was about to end,
In the middle of testing for shuttle-run,
A classmate of ours injured his leg.
Yeah, we emo-ed for a while.
In came a few teachers to talk out out of our emo-ing state.
Not working, to be honest. XD
Got together to prepare presents and well-wishes.

That really bonded us quite a lot.
Had a "Get Well" tagboard where we tagged our well-wishes.
Exempted the word "lame" as much as we could.
Relocated our classroom when he came back.
(Even though that's somewhere in October XD.)
Some of us dedicated a post to him.
And we wrote and decorated a card to him each, even the teachers.

Made it through the hard times.
August came next.
Really working our butts off due to PW.
Incredibly time-consuming.
Long-periods of thinking, brainstorming and stuff.
Yeah, we coped with it XD.
Not without sacrifices of course.

Most of our food products were kinda similar XD.
Impossible to have much variety though XP.
Coz we have limited equipment and ingredients.
Healthy on-the-go products always have those same things. :D
Everyone had cool food products and jingles!
Lots of effort put into Project Work.
Let's just say, to do all this just for grades...
Every effort spent is not really worth it XD.

Veggies and fruits and other crap entertained our minds during that period of time.
And the colourful and attractive packaging XD.
Let's not forget the jingle. :P
Everyone perfomed during Music lesson.
Really funny and entertaining.
I think I screwed up my performance though XD.
Even though my group wanted to NOT get picked, we got picked ._..

Just our luck I guess.
In the end, we had to make 30 servings more of our products.
Not really hard, thanks to the entire class.
Got everything ready in time :D.
Juicy chicken-foldovers accompanied our booths.
Intense was the atmosphere, everyone was cheering and supporting :D.
Not to mentions lots of bribing and pulling of customers XD.
Got quite a bit of leftovers in the end though, didn't do really well.

Finally September ends.
Intense studying as End-of-Years approach.
On top of that, there was this National Weather Study Project XD.
Not good at all, so many things to do, so little time.
Anyways, people were mugging like there's no tomorrow.

Valiant we stand, revising in all sorts of ways.
Including staying back to revise with friends and having remedial with teachers.
Vague is our future, as well as our results.
Incredibly hardworking people had stacks and books of notes.
And they read through them every single day.
Not to mention writing more notes after that.

The End-of-Years finally come in October.
Everyone panicked and studied more.
Read textbooks and past year's worksheets.
Even those that weren't tested, just in case.
Stress took over as the first exam came.
And we unknowingly sail through the End-of-Years.

Can anyone remember the day half the class ponned school?
Let's just say, we got into a bit trouble.
All the other classes were like, "Woah".
Really tensed up during SEL.
All of us tried to cover up for the ponners :P.

End-of-Years came and went, and we started slacking.
Didn't do much, just slacked in class all day.
Not stressed anymore, just bored.
All the post-exam events the school organised were kinda stupid :P.

Holidays finally came.
Unusually calm on the last day of school.
Intended to have an outing at Tampines Mall, but nobody attended.
Yelling were little, suanning were little.
Instead came messages of farewell, and lots of hugging. :)

Maybe it's because we're too bonded.
Everyone was missing 2D'08 already.
Lists of thank yous started popping up all over the place.
IP students wrote them as they head to a new school next year.
Some non-IP goers dedicated posts as well.
Streaming is going to seperate us anyways.
And with all these, a bonded class is forcibly split apart.

Maybe we miss each other already.
Events like the IP farewell were held.
Letting us see each other for just that little longer.
In the end, we'll actually miss each other more.
Nevertheless, we still want to meet up, so we do it anyways.
And we continue to laugh, suan, yell, poke like we usually do in class.

So what if we'll be apart next year.
All good things must come to an end.
Remain in contact and we'll still be able to meet.
Anywhere you want, anytime possible.
However tight our schedule, we'll still make time for each other right?

Because we wanted to bond.
Everyone wanted to be together as a class.
Nobody got left out.
Nobody was unwilling.
Everyone co-operated and tried to be enthu.
Turning up in class with a "European" look for Racial Harmony.
That got everyone scolded but it doesn't matter, we had fun.

Yes, we didn't win the "Most Outstanding Class".
Unable to win "Most Improved Class" either.
Xinca (that's a language) isn't needed to explain that they're not important.
Usually, the class we're in is the "Most Outstanding".
All those times we've been through together, all those ups and downs.
No one outside our class will be able to understand.

Lots of things around us change.
All kids grow up into adults in the end.
Nothing really remains constant.
Continue even if it seems like everything is not going your way.
Eventually, you'll see the fruits of your labour.

Likewise, even though we won't be together anymore.
Onwards we shall go, and not give up.
Uphold and perservere.
If we are bonded, we will definitely be able to meet up.
Someone will definitely hold a reunion party or something XD.

Xenophiles like Sheen will probrably be in Japan in the future.
It may get more trecherous to gather all of us the older we get.
At least there is still MSN and the old-fashioned telephone :D.
No reunion needs to be perfect, since most of the time it's impossible.
Zero of the world's class reunions actually have EVERY SINGLE STUDENT present.
Having a perfect reunions isn't a top priority.
Instead, keeping in contact and making sure we are still enthu is XD.

Waiting for the day of our class chalet seems harsh, doesn't it?
All of us cannot wait to see each other again.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
Making it fun and exciting isn't important either.
Everyone meeting together will automatically make it fun and exciting.
Needless to say, the insults will once again start firing.
Guffaws and screaming will fill the chalet.

Jabbing and poking incidents will occur.
Explicit words maybe, and some gossip too.
Racial insults will definitely pop up.
Except that we now have to make sure there isn't any Malay or Indians in the chalets beside us XD.
Maybe more crazy dares will pop up.
You know, those involving hugging, touching and all those XD.

Kilos of charcoal may be used if we're barbecuing.
All the food will either be half-cooked or over-cooked.
I think after the chalet, all of us may have a stomachache.
Xantheinuria or some other creepy diseases or illness.
Important thing is to have fun actually, so it doesn't matter.
Accident happen after all. XD.
Not forgetting that our class is kinda daring XD.
Game for anything and everything (Maybe except Celeste? XD)

May our class chalet be a successful one.
In life, that are many things we dislike.
Not class 2D.
X-factor doesn't matter, we love each other.
Umpteen obstacles may pop up along the way.
At least with class 2D behind you all the way,
None of you will have to endure it alone. :)

I know it's a bit long and draggy at the end, that' because it's too rushed in front :P.

helloooo peepos:) its me! theresa the turtle:) i've finally managed to come to post at this blog after swimming miles and milesXD erm. nothing to say leh. haha. anyways CHINA trip is coming in about another two weeks and we must rmb to BOND okay:) ahaha oh no.then i have to go to my camp first:( sad life i have. haha and we must take ALOT ALOT ALOT of pictures cause its our first *honeymoon* trip together. though not the whole class will be going, but they will be there spiritually with us rightXD and remember to change *china money* if not u go there cant buy souvenirs( idk how to spell=x) ahahah okay im being so randomXP
